Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Sessions

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) (sometimes called “Meridian Tapping Techniques)“ works like emotional acupressure to quickly, gently and easily release the impact of self–defeating emotional patterns and stressful events. In most cases the negative emotion is significantly reduced or no longer present.Visit www.eftuniverse.com for more information. Our thoughts, emotions and beliefs are programmed at a young age and stored in the subconscious level of the mind. Everything we experience today is a result of subconscious programming that took place throughout our life. When we operate from a place of dysfunctional behavior, habits and belief patterns, it may cause us to experience limiting emotional states, such as:

  • Self-sabotage
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Anger and frustration
  • Guilt, grief, sadness
  • Fears and phobias
Not only is EFT helpful for releasing these painful emotions, behaviors and belief patterns, it has also been used to Improve Health Related concerns, such as:

  • Weight: Reduce the cravings for chocolate, sweets, excess salt and fatty, fried foods.
  • Smoking Cessation : Reduce the physical cravings of cigarettes
  • Release general overall stress
  • Relieve Pain
  • Overcome insomnia
  • And much more

After working through an issue using EFT, you realize you no longer behave in the old unhealthy way. New behaviors are now natural because there is no internal struggle–you have changed inside and are a different person around this issue.

Important note: EFT is gentle and easy to use and has to date yielded remarkable results for relieving emotional and physical distress. While there has been no distressing side effects reported with the use of EFT, it is still in its experimental stages. Therefore, IF YOU INTEND TO USE THESE TECHNIQUES, YOU MUST AGREE TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOURSELF. Luisa Bruzga is not a licensed health care professional. She is, however, a qualified EFT practitioner who has trained under Master Practitioners Pat Carrington and Dawson Church.
